Pieces of advice
When working with TYPO3, we recommend organizing your data right from the beginning. Handling a file list is similar to working with directories in operating systems like Windows or MacOS.
The media elements of the toujou element library always include the option to use files of different formats by either selecting files from your existing file list or directly uploading to the element.
Directly uploaded files are stored in the folder Configuration (user_upload) and they should be sorted on a regular basis.
You can move and/or rename files in the File list module without causing any damage or losing files that are already in use because TYPO3 automatically updates new file location information for each referenced item.
